Project Brief
Designed to capture the curve of the bay and the rhythm of coastal living, this project embraces simplicity with purpose. The site was expertly cut into the slope to anchor the home while maximising the ocean outlook. Clean lines, low-maintenance materials, and a functional layout define this modern build — proving that good design doesn’t need to shout to make an impact. With every space oriented to the view, this home is as calming as the sea breeze that rolls through it.
